What You Bring
• Degree in Polymers Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a comparable technical qualification
• Solid business acumen
• Extensive sales experience
• Expertise in medical technology and its requirements/standards
• Knowledge of the polymer industry
• Experience in injection molding and design of polymer components is an advantage
• High level of initiative, commitment, and an independent, structured working style
• Results-oriented thinking and actions, as well as resilience and assertiveness
• Clear, goal-oriented communication
• Good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel up to 80%
